Virtual
Representation Option
The
Conference provides a "Virtual Representation" option if you interested in this
event but cannot attend the Conference in Shanghai. When you have registered for
"Virtual Representation" option, UCIEAA will publish your companys name,
products/services and contact information in Conference publications along with other
attendees and distribute them to all attendees as part of the conference package and CD.
UCIEAA will also list your company and product information on UCIEAAs web site,
which is viewed by all Conference attendees, all UCIEAA members, and many other companies.
So the interested Chinese companies can contact you for potential business development.
Registration
for Other Events
If you do
not plan to participate this conference, but are otherwise interested in other UCIEAA
organized events, such as trade shows, business promotion conferences in US,
seminars/symposiums, meeting with Chinese delegations, attending US business delegations
to China, etc., you can choose "Registration Only" option. We will keep your
companys information in our database, and will inform you when the events you are
interested come along.
Attendee
Discount Program
Once
registered, you are eligible to participate in a special discount program, which provides:Up to 50% discount of
original $400 in lodging expenses at conference designated hotels. Attendees only pay $200
for two nights per person.
Low-fare airline ticket
(discount from regular economy class with major airlines) from conference designated
travel agencies (with seasonal variation).

Attending Conference in
Shanghai:
- Regular registration: $350
USD, non-refundable.
- "Early Bird"
registration: $300 USD, non-refundable. Registration must be received by February 28, 2001
and payment must be received by March 31, 2001.
- Virtual Representation:
$150 USD, non-refundable.
- Registration Only: Free of
charge.
- Booth for Product Show:
- $700 USD, 30% off the
regular price of $1,000 USD. A $300 USD non-refundable reservation fee is required.
(E) Refund Policy
- The registration fee and
booth reservation fee are not refundable unless there is a change in the conference
schedule. When the schedule changes, the company may get a 100% refund for either or both
charges upon request.
Confirmation
Letter
Upon receiving the
complete registration form and payment, a confirmation letter will be issued from UCIEAA
to the attendee.
