2001 China West Fair On International Hi-tech Products
Letter of Invitation

We, organizing committee of 2001 China West Fair On International New & Hi-tech Achievements warmly welcome you to China and attend the Fair.

Developing the west area of China is the great plan and task in front of the Chinese Government and the whole Chinese People. The huge West Has become the focus of domestic and overseas investor in the field of industry, science & technology and finance. Beside the favorable policy, proper environments and enough funds, the transformation of science & technology into productivity is another key point to succeed. To realize the target, the enterprises of the West need the new and high technologies eagerly as well as the great deal of bankrolls to form its economic foundation. The huge market is being established and opened to the whole world.

Chengdu (Capital city of Sichuan Province) is one of the economic and cultural center of the Chinese West area. It has vigorous and firm economic and scientific foundation. Its innovation was activated and accelerated scientific reform. The 2001 China West Fair On International New Hi-tech Achievement will be held in this city. The aim of the fair is to make full use of the good opportunity to centralize and show the advanced technologies in new materials and new energy as well Hi-tech fruits of state of the art, and to achieve the industrialization of these technologies. Anther important role of this Fair is to obtain the needs concerned to construct the Mianyang Industry and Technology Area.

　

This Fair will create a fantastic chance for domestic and overseas companies to enter the West market. Some domestic and overseas tycoons and scientists will be invites to this Fair. They may find their partners worldwide to cooperate with.

  11. Application procedures:
      1. Application should sign the Application Contract Sheet, then post or fax it to the organizing committee.
      2. After signing up , applicant should remit the related fee into the account appointed by the organizing committee within 10 days.
      3. Exhibition arrangement: priority belongs to the early members. The organizer reserves the right to adjust a few exhibition places.
      4. The information regarding accommodation and exhibits’ transportation will be informed to you later.
  12. Organization:
      1. The exhibition will be separated into several parts: international area, new hi-tech industry area, biological technology area, agriculture new technology area, e-information area, new material & agriculture technical fruit area, etc.
      2. Beijing International Science and Technology Service Center, Beijing Science & Technology Foreign Exchange Center and Sichuan Technical Exchange Center will invite overseas organizations to take part into the Fair.

3) All Chinese Provincial Science and Technology Commissions, Education Commissions, Science Associations, Commissions of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, Scientific Research Institutes will attend or visit the Fair.

4) The organizers and supporters will form groups to attend or visit the Fair

5) The undertakers will use their channel to invite domestic and overseas enterprises to join in.
