新建项目概述： 项目名称：“网络呼叫中心”、“网络增值服务中心” 产品及生产规模： 项目简介：1、“网络增值服务中心”建设在现有的PSTN平台上，通过开辟多种接入手段，向用户提供电话广告、短消息收发、话费查询、详单下载、来电显示、电话薄、电话答录、股票金融业务等语音、数字信息为一体的综合信息服务，让电信网增值成为一种新型媒体网，使它既能满足客户对已有电信业务的需求，又让客户享受以高新技术为背景的功能新、内容广的多元化、低费用的崭新业务，制造话务量，刺激话务量的增长，吸纳客户群，增加电信企业的业务收入；2、“网络呼叫中心”充分利用PSTN的现有资源，通过建设统一的信息交换平台，实现了电话网、移动网、寻呼网及Internet的互联互通，实现跨网络，跨业务的消息寻呼服务。“网络呼叫中心”为上述网络的每一个客户分配配一的号码（PIN），将他们所拥有的各种通讯网络收发设备（EMUXICQ、手机、传真机、Teltox、BP机和其它接收设备）的不同号码对应到PIN上，作为用户相互联络的统一号码，使用户彻底摆脱以网络划分用户群的弊端。2-2

Summary of the project:“Information increment service center” is constructed on the present platform of PSTN.Whit the assistance of multi input methods, it can provide the user telephone A ds, short-message service, query of telephone fee, downloading the detailed list, displaying the coming-in-cal, notebook, automatic answer of telephone, stock service and so on. It is a system that integrates voice and data information, making China Telcom a new type of media. So it can satisfy the present demands of Telcom of user, and at the same time, the user can enjoy the new market with new function and content based the high-tech, also, it can increase the quantity of telephone, stimulating and absorbing new users, so at last make the income of Telcom larger and larger.
“Internet call center” takes full advantage of present PSTN resources. It makes telephone net, mobile net and call net interlink and implements news calling service which covers internet and operation by setting up a information transmission platform. “Internet call center” allocates every user the only personal information number (PIN) which is responding to all kinds of receiving terminals including email, xicq, molbile, fax, telbox, beeper etc. The PIN will be the only identification number of user, making user shake off the disadvantages of the partition according to network entirely.
