Dalian IT Delegation visit SF Bay Area

Dear Jack of SCOBA,
Thank you for your considerate arrangement for our visit to SCOBA and some companies!
We would like to visit SCOBA and some companies on June 27 if you feel convenient. On that day, we will first visit ABB for about 1.5 hours and then visit SCOBA and the companies you will arrange for us. Since the municipal government of Dalian will hold a large-scale Dalian Investment Promotion Conference in Los Angeles on June 24, so the Dalian Information Industry Delegation led by Dr. Luan Qing Wei, Director of Dalian Bureau of Information Industry will not hold any other formal conference in other cities. We will only visit some IT companies and associations, and have some discussions with SCOBA executives and members on the topics that both sides are interested in, such as cooperation in the fields of IT, espcially in the field of software between Dalian and SCOBA.
As to our travel in San Francisco, I will let you know as soon as possible whether we may need your help or not.
Regarding our visit schedule in US, please find the following information,

Mr. Dai Li You General Manager Dalian Rate New-tech Corporation (a high-tech IT company in Dalian)

Mr. Ye Ming Manager, European & American Investment Promotion Dalian Software Park
2. The Dalian Information Industry Delegation will first take part in the large-scaled Dalian Investment Promotion Conference held in Los Angeles by the Municipal Government of Dalian ( Mr. Li Yong Jin, Mayor of Dalian will lead the Municipal Government Delegation), and then start its own mission in US including visiting American IT, especially software related companies and associations like HP, CISCO, ABB, SCOBA etc.
The purpose of our visit to SCOBA will be discussing with SCOBA on the topics that the both sides are interested in, such as posssible cooperation between Dalian and SCOBA in the fields of IT, especially software industry, Dalian investment environment, the American IT industry situation, SCOBA members' investment possibities in China, especially in Dalian;
3. We will stay in San Francisco from June 26 to June 28, and would like to visit SCOBA and the companies SCOBA will arrange for us as I have mentioned above on June 27.
4. As I have explained above, the Delegation will only visit SCOBA and the companies, and have some time for discussions with SCOBA executives. We will not hold any formal conference there. What we need your help of is arranging our visit to SCOBA headquarter, discussion with SCOBA executives and members in the SCOBA headquarter, visiting companies in the software field( the companies you mentioned like Kilopass etc. are good for us).
5. We have not yet fixed our accommodation and travel in US, perhaps the Government will arrange that itself. If we need your help, I will let you know as soon as possible. I will also inform you of any further information about our visit to US including our contact information in CA.
