辽宁副省长夏德仁率60位官员企业家
为感谢硅谷海外学子给予辽宁的关注，加强与辽宁的合作，夏德仁副省长将于2月8日代表辽宁省政府在硅谷设晚宴，款待留学生并举办创业座谈会. 内容包括了解海外学子的创业想法，征求海外学子对明年辽宁海外学子创业周开法的建议，以及2002年底辽宁省准备召开辽宁省海外学子专业团体组织工作会的开法等等。请SCOBA帮助邀请一些知名的海外学子参加座谈。夏德仁副省长访问加拿大和美国. 到旧金山,参观硅谷高科技公司, 晚上举办留学生创业座谈晚宴. 拟邀请40位留学生嘉宾, 与60位辽宁官员企业家交流.

Dear Sir or Madam:
Greetings from Shenyang! Two months has been passed since the Fulfillment of Liaoning 2001 Chinese Overseas Scholars Initiating Week, which held in Shenyang and Dalian. We'd like to take this chance to extend our sincere thanks to all the attendees and those who had paid high attention to the event. Thanks again for your collaborations, for all the things you did to the event.
Later 2001, Liaoning Provincial Government Economic & Trade Delegation, headed by Mr. Deren, Xia, vice governor of Liaoning Province, will visit USA with purposes of: Holding projects negotiations with local enterprises; Visiting those enterprises related to their counterparts in liaoning province; Establishing friendly park with Triangle Science Park in North Carolina; Holding symposiums with overseas Chinese scholars to discuss our further cooperation, ect. So please kindly inform us the concrete place you live and weather we can meet each other in the following cities list below as desired.
